Can anyone on H1b visa status join a Network marketing or MLM business?
If the business is web-based, there are no consequences.
If the business is physically located in United States, and you have to report to the employers of those business, chances are you could get into trouble if your original employer found out and they dont want you moonlighting and report you to immigration.
